Attorney General and Court Approval
for Loans and Closings for religious organizations
We assist Churches, Temples and other religious organizations in obtaining Attorney General and Court approval for loans and closings. The first step is to obtain approval from the New York State Attorney General’s Office. I prepare and submit the Order and Petition with the necessary supporting documents to their office for approval. Once you obtain approval from the Attorney General’s Office, we submit the application to the Court with the appropriate documents and fees to obtain Court approval. After the Order is signed approving the entities application, then the Lender, their attorney and the title company are informed that the necessary Attorney General and Court Approval have been obtained in order to have a successful closing.
